For 13 years "our" fish restaurant! The food is always fresh, incredibly tasty, you can't get enough of it. The service is just great, very attentive, always in a good mood, asks the guests whether everything is satisfactory. Today, October 31st, 2020, we were there again with the family to support the team as guests during this difficult time. Seldom have we all felt so comfortable in a restaurant! Kudos to the entire team! We'll keep our fingers crossed for you that we will survive the second lockdown. Thumbs up for taking the trouble to establish personal contact by phone with the guests who still reserved tables in November in order to prepare them for the lockdown-related closure. Dear fish-fingers team! I've been a Fisch-Finger customer since the beginning of the 1970s, have spent countless lunch breaks and other times here and of course also ate countless Sail platters. So recently - and was very disappointed with the preparation for the first time in these decades. First of all: even if the bill came after the third or fourth request, four times also with the question of whether with a card or in cash - the service team was very friendly and hard-working, and although we had not made a reservation, we got two more seats. But the preparation of the Sail platter !!! 1. My wife ordered fried potatoes, which were fried way too soft and could easily have had a slightly brown crust. How greasy they should be fried is certainly a matter of taste. They would have been too greasy for me. 2. The fish was served almost dripping with fat, too little drained or dabbed, etc. 3. The shell of the saithe in beer batter was just “limp” and should have been crispier. I then removed them too. 4. The fish cakes were just mushy and baked far too short without the familiar brown crust. 5. Two of the pieces of fish on the Sail platter are breaded and should have been baked much more crispy. Compared to the last Sail platter, which we ate about a year ago because of a long absence in winter and then due to the corona, and which had the quality of preparation that we have been accustomed to for decades, the last one unfortunately, unfortunately, fell significantly .

Excellent!!! Mega delicious fish dishes! Always fresh and warm / hot on the table. Furniture a bit old-fashioned. But it doesn't matter! The service is fast, always a brisk saying on the lips and always friendly, careful and courteous! When we are in BHV and we are in the mood for fish, this restaurant is our first choice !!! For >> NOT FISH EATERS << there are of course alternative dishes. Price-performance right! If you are a couple, you are welcome to try the Sailplatte. Side dishes such as potatoes, potato salad, croquettes, french fries etc. can be exchanged at no extra cost. All around: very good fish restaurant! LG from Bremen

Lots of light and shadow. When we entered the restaurant we were surprised by the ambience. Old, worn or retro. When we sat down, it was clear to us. It's worn out. Also because of the tablecloth with stains. The waiter met us with a lively and sympathetic approach, with an MNS with football club advertising. Well, a quick quote and the order was taken. Don't look at the tablecloth. The drinks were served quickly. Then a look under the table from across the street. Unkempt and yes that's dirty. See photo. Then the food would be served. Both quantity and quality and freshness were overwhelming. The craftsmanship did the rest. Nevertheless, the service and the ambience of the restaurant, despite the excellent food, persuaded us not to come back.

This fish restaurant didn't even deserve a star. What fish was offered had nothing to do with fish anymore. Everything fried and no longer recognizable whether it was fish at all. You can get better fish at every fish stall. The fish platter for two people is very bad. Never again

We spontaneously came over to eat. 4/4 people went home happy and full. All fish dishes were extremely delicious, as were the side dishes. There are also 5 stars for the friendly and humorous service! We felt very comfortable!

It was my first restaurant when I arrived in Bremerhaven... I have followed the rate from google (4.3)... it was really not good and I came back in my hotel bedroom like a french fries, same smell. Please change something or you will lose your reputation if you continuing on that way :(
